Policy for Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges:
How should a return request be made?
Step 1: Within seven days after the delivery date, request a refund or replacement if you received an incorrect or expired item or items.

Within two days after the delivery date, file a return or replacement request for any damaged or missing items.
Step 2: Allow us to review your return request within two working days.
Step 3: Our courier partner will be dispatched to pick up the items that were delivered to you after your return request has been approved.
Step 4: You will need to ship the merchandise using a reliable courier partner if our reverse pick-up service isn’t available where you are. The original payment method will be used to cover the cost of the courier.
Step 5: Upon receipt of your product(s), we will compare them to the claim and initiate the appropriate replacement or refund procedure. Please be aware that availability of stock will determine replacement.
What circumstances allow me to exchange or refund my product?
The wrong item was shipped.
Delivered expired merchandise
Defective product received: Physically damaged, modified, or improperly packaged
Products are missing from the order.
When will requests for returns or replacements not be honored?

Missing original packing, including labels and mono boxes.
Seven days have passed from the delivery date when the request for a return or replacement is created.
Two days following the date of delivery, the product that is missing or damaged is reported.
How are refunds handled?
You request a return of the product, and a pickup is arranged. Within five to seven business days of receiving your return request, a courier partner will pick up the merchandise. After it is brought back to our warehouse, the item will be examined by the quality control team. Refunds begin as soon as the product passes quality control.
Can my order be canceled?
Order cancellation is available. After the delivery partner or courier contacts you to arrange for the shipping, kindly decline the order OR To cancel the order, please give us a call at +91-8448796010, open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
In addition to reviewing any purchase before it is shipped to the client, VR Health Science PVT. LTD. maintains the right to cancel any order at any time without the customer’s prior confirmation. This review may include the customer’s verbal or written confirmation.
For a product I’ve returned or canceled, how can I get a refund?
Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original bank account, credit card, debit card, or payment source within 7 business days. Customers who order cash on delivery must supply the bank account information from which they want their refund to be made.
Can I send back a portion of my order?
Yes, you have seven days after delivery to return any sealed or unopened item that qualifies for a return.
